I am an undergraduate at the University of Washington, Seattle, majoring in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology and minoring in English. In the lab, I have worked on using CRISPR/Cas9, immunoassays, and molecular assays to research the role of proteins of interest on cell viability. I am currently working on generating single cell clone lines to be used for research on Gag trafficking and assembly.
